Although there is a lack of community space for resident's social life, it appears that the houses pursuit luxurity and town-house, which has advantages as low-rise building. These town-houses should settle as a community in a way to provide long time dwelling, pleasant environment and humane interaction between residents etc. The aim of this research is to analyze space organization's actual categorization and the effects of housing complex's space for residents community activity to the increase in community senses in the recently built town house complexes.
