Because the radiant floor heating panel has been designed according to the usage, there is no standard of the panel design. If the design of the panel is conducted according to the usage not the standard, the panel has different heating performance with the construction condition and the company which installed the panel. And it may occur the occupants' discomfort, unnecessary control and wasting energy. In Korea, people usually feel thermal comfort by contacting with floor surface. So the residents have a diversified demand about the floor surface temperature. In this paper we focused on the problem which is that the panel is designed without considering the heating load and the floor surface temperature. To solve this problem we made the data used in design process by analyzing the heat output and floor surface temperature according to the condition of the design parameters of the floor heating panel.
