The scenes suggest that libraries are very sensitive to accept the changes of information service-scapes. The purpose of this study is to explore how to apply ubiquitous technologies to public libraries. In addition, the change of inner spaces caused by ubiquitous technologies is searched. Recently, many public libraries are evolved due mainly to ubiquitous systems. The study is initiated by discovering the impact of ubiquitous technologies on the spatial configuration of public libraries. Then the characteristics of the spatial configurations are analysed.
