To proceed continuous and integrated urban generation, it is necessary to construct area management in overall aspects of industrial economy, culture, welfare and education. One of important strategies for urban regeneration is site-marketing and it has momentous meanings about sustainable urban regeneration as efforts for improving image and brand on urban regeneration site after redeveloped. So it is required to organize a business-conference group to assign a part of the work about urban regeneration and connect the work within ministries and offices on pan-governmental cooperation. It is also necessary to set a governance model on various levels including policy network and public/private partnership, etc before consolidating urban regeneration system |
