There have been a great change since 2006 in a apartment market because of legalizing a balcony remodeling, and but, there are many criticism about that. while balcony remodeling has the advantage of using a wider exclusive area, there are many problems in being secure against a fire, in a field of a structural safety, a environment, a service, a city planning. Although we feel the need to live in a wider space, for a energy-saving design and for a high level culture of a building, we should pursuit a energy-saving design and a comport residential environment. In this study we will find reasons of a balcony remodeling through changes of raws and regulations and examples of a balcony designing, and I will analysis environmental problems. In this ways we also find improvements of raws and regulations. |
