Therefore, new apartment housing is needed to be Long Life and remodeling is a basic factor to be a Long Life Housing. But, apartment housing in korea has not adapted the design and construction considering remodeling. Therefore, it was made the article of "Exception for providing easy Remodeling" in 2005 and added Enforcement ordinances and Notices of Building Regulation because of the need to construct the housing for providing easy remodeling. However, Enforcement ordinances and Notices of Building Regulation are needed to be revised because of their critical point. The purpose of this study is to indicate, to direct for revision and to be a reference about Enforcement ordinances and Notices of Building Regulation related the article of "Exception for providing easy Remodeling" in Building Regulation.
