In case of Visual DOE, which is generally used among the build function evaluation programs, the DOE-2 weather data is applied. However, data of each area within the country is not being provided, and the period and calculation method of the currently used standard weather data are not so clear that the data processing method is required to be improved. Accordingly, in this study, the standard year of 20 years(From the year 1986 to 2005) in Busan area was drawn up through the calculation method of ISO TRY, and the time unit standard weather data as to the meterological parameters, such as dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, cloud amount and wind velocity was prepared on the basis of the standard year. According to the result of comparison between the weather data drawn up through ISO TRY and the existing weather data used in the DOE-2 based on the actually measured data in the 2o years (1986-2005), the monthly average value of the standard weather data, in which the actually measured data and ISO TRY were used, appeared to be similar comparatively. However, in case of the existing weather data of Busan area, though the dry bulb temperature appeared to be similar, on the other hand, other meteorological parameters appeared to be very different. In order to compare the above mentioned result more accurately, the data was reviewed by using the MBE(Mean Bias Error), RMSE(Root Mean Squares for Error), t-statistic method. As the result, the very small error bound appeared with the distribution between 1 and 3 in case of the t-statistic in which the MBE and RMSE are collated, but the existing data showed the big difference with the distribution between 3.5 to 19. |
