So, It is very important to understand about the land market. Because, Unexpected rapid changes of the land price could lead to bring a crisis on the nation's economy. So, this paper is for studying on the factors of land price fluctuation using panel analysis models. There are many studies about land price fluctuation factors. Almost those studies tried to explain the land price by a point of view of macroeconomic factors. But the land price depends on its local characteristics such as the conditions of regional real estate business. Thus, this paper try to analyze land price through regional real estate business factors such as new city construction dummy variable, housing purchase price and so on. As a result, New city construction dummy variable, housing purchase price index affect land price positively(+).
