The purpose of this study is to establish the planning factors for environment-friendly urban development and to assess the national rental housing in the Seoul metropolitan area based on established planning factors. First, these environment-friendly planning factors are carried out through analysis of written record, consciousness survey and z-score. As a result, it was introduced total 12 planning factors in land use, traffic, ubiquitous, energy, natural resources and ecological aspect. Second, national rental housings adopted Environment-friendly planning concepts were analyzed in terms of 4 aspects. As a result, it is good that from the planning stage environment-friendly design concepts were adopted and ecological resources, such as highlands, streams and marshes, were being conserved. but traffic, movement, ubiquitous, energy and natural resources showed little difference to regular housing design. Also, these factors were not applied equally in all environment-friendly cases. So that, it is important to apply lasting energy economy and natural resources as well as visible factors for environment-friendly urban development. |
