House estate became house materialize which become reform as residing space forms suffering impact of Western culture. Since the 1960 housing demand has increased rapidly because of nuclear family, population in city centralization phenomenon by rapid industrialization. Housing policy was established and housing has been built up from this time. New housing began to design estate that is correct in our life as appear. After deriving elements which can show the estate's specialty, along with theoretical consideration, plan elements is compared and analized in time series analysis to find out its specialy in the study.
