To solve this problem, Korea government introduced 'Development Permit System' through revision of city planning law. But this Development Permit System provokes social irregularitties and the hatres of thepeople because it was introduced without sufficient study and was applied with many administrative. The purpose of this study is to find out present conditions and improvement alternatives in development permit system through GIS spatial analysis.
