요약2	As business Environments for the construction development projects have dramatically changed, feasibility analysis for the project development is getting important. Especially, an essential element of successful project result is the ability to accurately analyze and forecast financial feasibility because the financial feasibility has a great effect on the performance and success of projects. Although many kinds of study have been in process to develop the feasibility analysis model which considers risk factors in the public investment domain, it's difficult to apply that model to actual private development projects because of highly technical risk analysis method. Therefore, this study is aimed to introduce a appropriate model considering the risk factors that can apply to the actual development projects. For this purpose developing financial feasibility analysis at risk model and testing the appropriateness are carried out. The model presented in this study can be applied to an actual construction development projects on commercial buildings, and is helpful for the managing and cping the risk.
