There are several researches concerning TIF and they focus on two aspects. The first is estimating revenues after the adoption of TIF. The Second is usually to handle institutional findings in adopting TIF. Prior researches has not much considerations about realistic problems like boundary of TID(Tax Increment Distrct), the scope of taxes that used in TIF, other issues like regional development, so this research focus on these issues. I divided into these issues three groups. First one is about the scope of TIF boundary and the selection standard and Second one is how to finance using TIF and Third one is to find out effect of adopting TIF to regional development and neighborhood real estate prices. According to prior issues, our nation's renewal procject have several problems. Most of planning about renewal project focus on physical revitalization so financial aspects can not be considered carefully.
