Because designers want to express various elevation, architectural concrete has recently paid attention to finish material and has increasingly used in the construction. Architecturual concrete needs more careful and professional supervision works such as controlling quality of color, texture, construction plan, and design plan. None the less, It is not clear to define process and manage methods for the contruction life-cycle, which causes the expense to increase and the quality to be poor. This study will analyze concrete finish method through the whole process of constuction. This research is about define the exposed concrete finishing method and improving management skills. In this study, it analyze the selecting and setting method of form work. It introduce a Mock-up method for improving concrete quality and for declining the failure of concrete work. It reviewed requirerments and influential factors to obtain high quality finishing surface and compared construction process of high quality exposed concrete with that of other finishing method. Management method of each phase of construction for constructability review to meet additional works and requirements is presented. |
