It is reported that the structure of domestic community housing has been mainly (RC) reinforced concrete wall type, but this RC type is not capable of the changing needs of resident. And in 21 century, environmental and sustainable development for environment is essential in architecture. Currently, comprehensive efforts to develop technologies related to environmental preservation, and utilization of resource and recycling in domestics are being drived. From these facts, it's essential tasks as a core technology in construction industry. supplying and developing buildings which have more higher total performance such as environmental and high durability corresponding to environment preservation, resident lifestyle, and flexibility for change, renovation performance against physical performance drop. So reducing energy consumption is required, and environmental architectural material development and recycling technology are also required, the application of SI(Skeleton & Infill) technology at community housing is required. In this study we would study the application of SI technology at community housing by the comparison and analysis with longevity and environmental degree of wall component. |
