Urbanization is increasing worldwide. Urban centers are characterized by negative environmental impacts including escalated flood risk, polluted surface waters, modification of the urban climate and increased water and energy consumption. With researches on the environment-friendly management of rainwater recently being conducted, efforts to develop rainwater infiltration and detention technologies and products are underway. It was found in a review of related domestic and overseas researches and technological trends that technologies should be developed not only to ensure rainwater infiltation and detention functions, but also to induce evapotranspiration and to create hydrologic cycle. On study is water circulatory planning element in housing complex for case study of Korea, Japan, German and Holland. It was rainwater management for rainwater use, inflitration and detention. |
