We found that there were gaps between the quantity of culture & art center and the rate of utilization and also between the user's satisfaction according to various curriculum and expensive charge for lecture in culture center of a department store. Therefore we took notice of community facilities in apartment complex and assumed to act all in a the day's work for cultural activities and use of spare time in apartment complex in company with typical cultural facilities of public and civil parts. Because cultural facilities must be close to housing so as to have plenty of time and distance.
