There is an endless continuation of studies that attempt to enrich the value of modern urban spaces and to transform them into impressive spaces. However, cities of the mankind has encountered a dilemma with the direction of future cities and vicinities as they have grown into unexpectedly massive sizes through the industrial revolution from the 18th to the 20th Centuries and have quickly entered the age of globalism in the modern times. This is a dispute that has been invoked by different views on mind and material generated by the dualistic correlation of the methodologies of urban visions to develop or to preserve. Modern urban development or urban planning has undergone excessive development and image transformation and many have been worried about the damage and destruction it causes. Thus, it has been necessary to establish regulations and restrictions. Above all, everyone has realized the potential value of 'historical or traditional spaces (hereinafter referred to as "historical spaces") and shared the idea to clarify their characterized identities. This study, thus, began with the objective of examining and identifying the characteristics of landscape in historical sites of the modern city from the perspective based in the sequence of human movements. As the object of study, there is Korean historic place, temples. Through comparison general lens image and that of fisheye lens, the study analyzed suitability of method which examines sequence landscape. Also the study intended to use the result in the future. The process of this study is as follows. First, consideration of 'viewpoint selecting method determined from preceded study and physical specialty'. Second, consideration of studying method and experiment method. Third, consideration of distribution elements consisting landscape and comparison general image with panorama image according to occupation form. Forth, possibility of 360°VR(Virtual reality) image use about distortion caused by panorama image's practical use. |
