It implies that an airport can hold a dominant position in competition with other airports around when its terminal can give passengers comfort and pleasure as well as playing a functional role to get in/off an airport. Satisfaction level which passengers feel for terminal facilities at the time of departing, arriving and transferring has a lot of effects on making them use the country and the country's airport again at the time of another traveling. Also, the above passengers' satisfaction will give a lot of helps in strengthening an airport's hub function in the long term.
