Effective Width Beam Method is also useful especially in a general-purpose program, so it is being used widely. Actually, Effective Width Beam Method is mainly focused on lateral displacement which can happen in a plane that has a same span when lateral load is given and column-slab connection unbalance Moment, but studies about a plane which is a irregular span has not been studied enough.
