First of all, the status data of the Underground Shopping Center in Korea is collected to perceive the conditions of the building type. The data and the basic condition on a fire simulation which is FDS are analyzed. In addition, the simulation research is conducted to predict critical items when the fire is ignited a certain position in the structure. Finally, a required evacuation time for total occupants in the building is estimated by SIMULEX to evaluate the location and size of the exit and the distances for evacuation.
