Especially, a university is the space that various actives are mutually connected and multiply occurred. Therefore, it is necessary for an integrated facility management system if management of university facility and status is considered as the assets that is efficiently administered and emerge from concept of a simple information or maintenance management. However, the establishment of manage school affairs in domestic universities are almost complete so that it is being efficiently utilized in various works, while the use of integrated facility management system is incomplete.
