For this purpose we made an analysis frame based on theoretical study and research on foreign cases of Urban Regeneration Projects through Historical Environment such as ‘the Daishanzi 798’ in Beijing(China), ‘the Meat Packing’ in New York(USA) and ‘the Acarenca Warehouse’ in Yokohama(Japan). The paper is to present some meanings as followings. ‘The Incheon Art Platform Project’ is a public oriented project, but it is not enough in reusing of existing buildings and legal supporting programs for inviting of artists.
