CLASSI and SASSI computer codes used in SSI analyses have been revised to apply it into practical analysis. Researchers made efforts to reinforce SASSI that is enabled to construct spatially incoherent input motion analytically in frequency domain system. Two computer codes, ACS-SASSI and SASSI-INCOH, are selected for verification analyses, and seismic responses are reviewed from them. Massless rigid foundation, two-storied building, and typical PWR reactor building are selected for analysis model. Nuclear-licensing base design spectrum and site-specific response spectrum mainly amplified in the high frequency range are defined for input motion at the foundation assumed to be hard rock site. Hard rock coherency function developed by Abrahamson in 2007 is used in SSI analysis. Responses of coherent SSI analysis from the two codes and foundation level from incoherent SSI analysis coincide each other. However, responses of the building floors provide some slight discrepancies at main peak and high frequency range.
