In this study, the first and second level procedures in the Japanese Standard and nonlinear shear mass system models are used for seismic evaluation, respectively. The seismic capacity of reinforced concrete buildings are evaluated and the relationships between results of the Japanese procedure and those of dynamic analyses are also investigated.
