In this study, in order to evaluate the seismic capacity, the 3rd level procedure of Japanese Standard for Evaluation of Seismic Capacity of Existing R/C Buildings, Push-over analysis and nonlinear dynamic analysis of member level are carried out, respectively. The seismic capacity are evaluated based on the above mentioned three methods, and the relationships between results of three analyses are detailedly investigated.
