For the research, the researchers identified what the characteristics of senior housing are by analyzing some cases. We will analyze two subjects: the characteristics of home network facilities experimented by 'smart home industrialization support center' which is designated by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy and run by Kookmin University and of what services can be applied to u-City's senior residence. Based on those analyses and the results of the research, we'll plan a senior residence that has the characteristics of ubiquitous services.
