To achieve the goal, it assesses the evaluation items of waterproofing methods synthetically which are the objects for the evaluation and selection including not only their functional aspects such as performance, buildability, and maintenance but also the efficiency in regard of their relative risk. Thereby, it is necessary to suggest realistic criteria for the evaluation which will allow us to determine their value in terms of VE ultimately. This article will propose a cost evaluation model of RWLCC(Risk based Weighted Life Cycle Cost Risk) so that LCC evaluation can be performed in consideration of risk.
