This study is to obtain hints about the characteristic of the unit plan and development way through analizing construction case, starting (construction) work case and plan case. The object datas are collected through site research and philologizing documents, some of the those are analized only fourteen cases since 2001. The results of the analysis is summed two. The first are the characteristic of the unit plan and shape changing. These change from space extension of front-backyard to a diversity of shape. Namely, space adjustment according to area extension, introduction of light well shape, connection of garden and Independence shape, diversity form of side unit and coner unit, change of direction facing sunlight, increase of bay number. The second are change of the shape and suggestion of the lifestyle. These are type of plan choice, type of three generational cohabitation, type of separating two generation, type of plusing space. These new development will operate into the important direction of the remodeling plan in the future. |
