Seoul city also has many public design policies to improve the city image and to raise competitiveness through design. ‘Design Seoul Street’ is one of the projects. This study aims to evaluate ‘Design Seoul Street’ based on Universal Design. Street environment, Street facilities and Green facilities of 4 places which were completed recently were evaluated by checklists. The checklists which are based on ‘Universal Design principles’ are consist of 95 items. As the result, the Universal Design characteristics of 4 ‘Design Seoul Street’ were identified.
