Currently, the structure of housing market has the environmental change. It is requested to develop and supply customized house according to household characteristics, which is a basic unit of housing consumption. Under this situation, the study involved the whole country to explain an establishment of housing supply policy according to housing sub-market and choice of end users’ and used logistic regression analysis to explain how the variables that is restricting household situation affect an alternative of combination between housing tenure and housing type. The result showed that the number of household and total income affected the choice of either single-unit housing/multi-unit housing or apartment and the variables such as a mate, living expenses, housing expenses, and saving were meaningful to all the alternatives in choosing housing tenure and housing type. In addition, supporting the elderly and children below the age of high-school, financial income, property income, extra housing possession, and debt, which were scarcely considered, were found to be important factors, affecting a choice of each alternative. The study showed that the choice of housing tenure and housing type depend on household characteristics. |
