요약2	New town development project which have manifold operations is usually on a large scale and its spin-off spreads widely. Although international new town development market is widely increasing in developing countries and resource-rich nations, that of in Korea is now decreasing. Thus, Korean public new town development company which has a lot of business experiences in local new town development market is now facing the necessity of making a foray into the international market. This study had a Focus Group Interview with experts of new town development project to set up the core factors of international new town development market. After that, Importance Performance Analysis was performed with people who experienced in the construction industry to determine special core factors which need more efforts on them. Content analysis was also performed to comprehend the strengths and weaknesses, and the cause of stagnation of public new town development company in international new town development market. Finally, eclectic paradigm model and the SWOT analysis was used to map out the strategies to make a foray into international new town development market.
