And look around the design guideline as urban design control method with overseas cases- Makuhari Bay Town in Chiba (Japan), Battery Park City in New York (USA), Mission Bay in San Francisco (USA)- are typical urban residential areas built according to design guidelines. “The Residential Design Guideline” is based on the survey focusing on the constitution of design guideline, contents and application present status over these three urban residential area.
