To figure out problems of the projects and to proposes recommendations, the paper surveyed the post evaluation reports of three apartment housing projects, and compared them with estimations to analyze the resultant post-built deviations from initially estimated values, in terms of cost and schedule. As a result, it was revealed that there had been significant cost overruns and delays in schedule.
