This research is intended to grope for applicable factors of planning carbon reduction in the dimension of district unit planning and measures for it in order to realize the low-carbon green city in the aspect of city planning with regard to the low-carbon green growth which is recently highlighted as a global interest. Thereby, this study figures out total 13 factors for the planning including seven factors of planning carbon reduction and six factors of planning carbon absorption which should be introduced first in the dimension of district unit planning through the process of analysis on literatures and cases, expert FGI, and research on expert awareness. According to the result of this research, the core factors of planning carbon reduction are shown as ‘materials with high-performance and high-tightness’, ‘natural lighting and LED lighting’, ‘bicycle road’, ‘photovoltaic system’, ‘solar water heating system’, ‘passive solar system’, ‘geothermal energy'. Moreover, the chief factors of planning carbon absorption are ‘carbon absorption park’, ‘green roof’, ‘green-way’, ‘carbon forest’, ‘wind road’, and ‘natural ground preservation’. |
