The house distribution ratio has reached to 100%, as the quantitative supply has been reinforced with the increased floor space index to solve the problem of increased demand of houses, resulted from the drastic increase of urban population, with the economy development plan begun 1960. But since the upper class who was not satisfied with the existing apartment is 5% of the entire population and the conflict for interest between the desire of that class and the business, the value of 'high value villa' has grown. This study aims at analyzing the phenomenon including the space composition and the interior design characteristics of the recent high value villas. In the result, the common spaces(living room-dining room-kitchen) has shown that they provide expansion as opened, and the private spaces(bedrooms-annex) showed that they let the function of annex(dress room, bathroom, powder room, library) bigger as reducing two spaces into 1 space. In the result of the interior design characteristics(entrance, living room, entrance), it showed to be expanded as simplifying the marbles, printing, living room art wall. This study will be used for the fundamental study and the marketing resource for diversifying and sophisticating of houses. |
