The purpose of the present study is to suggest a direction of hill area housing to move forward in the future by understanding characteristics & problems of domestic hill area housing and analyzing a viewpoint of communication and connection. Most are building high-rise and high density apartments in the reality that 66.5% of house redevelopment zones in Seoul are composed of hill area redevelopment zones. It can be understood that this shows fragility in a qualitative aspect of a housing environment or a urban appearance aspect. Although there are many research literatures suggesting a terrace house in an inclined land to solve this, most are trying only housing plans. Many people are preferring the terrace house in hill areas in an aspect that it has a community, advantage of an apartment as well as privacy, advantage of a single house. Here, when a problem forming a community space, which is an advantage of an apartment, was focused on, the terrace house to be planned currently is playing only a role of housing faithfully, so it could be understood that the space that a substantial community is performed is very rare. Accordingly, the present study tries to research the necessity of housing community that housing and culture coexist through relations between housing and community space. |
