As a matter of fact, Mass-Infra faithfully takes charge of its role and supports the urban structure and function in the society of modern industry. And such a Mass-Infra needs the infrastructure of a huge scale which is suitable for its function and prestige. But by the infrastructure, surplus spaces are made or the severance and isolation of public spaces takes place. The infrastructure of Mass-Infra which was made for the urban function and environmental convenience exerts a harmful influence in the public area. This study suggests a program that can settle the problems caused by the infrastructure such as surplus spaces and the severance and isolation of public spaces and make a cultural harmony and a place of connection in the public area.
