The focus of this research was based around the Osong Station BIM model which was initially a 2D model and was converted to 4D simulation for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of the information contained within a 4D model. Object information was produced for this research through the use of quantity estimation modules. The first step of the research produced an interior material close ticket, a material takeoff, and a schedule containing all of the quantities. The second step produced a quantity estimation modeling dissertation. The third step produced an analyzed object attribute of information that was able to fully evaluate the relationship between the objects and the attributes. Finally, the use of BIM in the construction industry will be evaluated, and 4D simulation tools must be assessed and put into practice.
