The BIM-based 3D shape information and property information in the objective rating system that is used for the Green Building certificate system verifies this theory. The Green Building certification system is dependent on the Green Building checklist, and the rating is granted even though the building is only at a conceptual state. Therefore, the existing Green Building system needs to utilize BIM and BIM-based evaluation in order to increase its objectivity, and improve reliability.
