Greeting the 5th year of implementation, the school facility BTL projects went into the operation management stage in around 109 schools as of 2009. While implementing the operation management for three years at the maximum, the BTL projects have been implemented as initially planned. However, recently, problems are occurring in relation to methods of efficient operation outcome evaluation and operation & maintenance. Especially, given that the operation & maintenance period is 20 years, changes from initial plans may occur due to environmental changes or user requirements etc. Since variables for changes occur in diverse parts such as operation & maintenance works, operation & maintenance costs and operation & maintenance workers etc, maintenance information should be established without fail for preventive repairs. Therefore, since history management systems for the school facility BTL projects should be established considering the present IT technologies and work states, as a preceding study for that, this study is to examine the history data and operation & maintenance works occurring in the course of implementing BTL projects and grope measures to systematize the works and utilize the results. |
