To develop continually, city regeneration is growing up. It's becoming as a international issue and other countries try to make their city better in varies way. Domestic city regeneration for revitalization of downtown is going with ‘The special law for a city rearrangement promotion' adjudication. A part of city regeneration, the existing traditional market also try to revitalize with ‘The special law for a traditional market and a shopping center rearing'. But we know through last fires of markets, traditional markets are opened danger of fire always. Due to a specific character of market's products the fire could be a conflagration. Actually it has been a conflagration in real situation and made a big loss of economy. Traditional market's fire has kept happening such as Seomun market's fire in December 2005 that made a hundred billion loss. Fallow as increasing of mart and discount store, it tries to develop competitive power by itself and puts in effect setting up arcade as one of the effort for batter environment for consumers. The arcade is divided into a structure not as a building but it doesn't have a standard for fire fighting facilities and law. So in this study, 9 traditional markets of Daegu which are set the arcade devide into three cases and analyze the state of fire fighting facilities through a field study. Also make a smoke layer falling through the simulation Cfast.
