요약1	본 연구는 건설공사 초기 코스트 플래닝 시 정형화된 공사비 예측을 위한 공사비분류체계의 개선방안 제시를 위하여 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 이론적인 코스트 플래닝에 대하여 고찰하였으며, 이를 토대로 국내?외 공사비분류체계를 조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 진행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다: 1) 국내?외 공사비분류체계를 분석한 결과 국내 공사비분류체계는 공정별 중심으로 발주처 및 업체의 특정 목적에 맞게 활용하고 있으며, 국토해양부의 건설정보 분류체계를 적극 활용하지 못하였고, 건설공사 관계자들의 의사소통에 문제점이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 2) 효과적인 공사비 예측을 위한 공사비분류체계의 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공정별 중심인 공사비분류체계를 수정 및 보완하여 표준 공사비분류체계로의 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 정부의 ISO 기준의 건설정보 분류 체계를 강령사항으로의 시행이 필요하다. 셋째, 건설공사 관계자들을 위한 초기 공사비 산정 시 워크숍의 의무시행이 필요하다.
요약2	This study has been executed to present an improvement strategy of the systematic classification of construction cost in order to estimate the standardized cost when setting the initial cost planning for a building construction. To achieve the goal, the authors have investigated and analyzed about the classification of construction cost based on what the authors have studied on theoretical terms of cost planning. Followings are the summarization of result on this research.: 1) According to the classification of construction cost for domestic and foreign result, domestic classification of construction cost had been applied mainly focusing on its certain application of construction cooperation and contractors. Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, however, was analyzed that it has made nothing of this systematic classification of construction information and had difficulties in communication between participants in the construction process. 2) Improvement strategy of the systematic classification of construction cost as follows. Firstly, development of a standardized construction cost classification system is required by modification and correction on progress-centered construction cost classification system is required. And secondly, it need to respect a platform of the classification of construction information as the ISO standard regulated by government. Thirdly, when estimating initial construction cost, conduction of obligatory workshop should considered.
