The purpose of this study was to grasp the direction of the promotive policies and programs for Architectural Culture and Publicity. And the ultimate purpose of this thesis is to promote the architectural culture by the popularization of the architectural culture. To advance these studies, it should consider the architectural policies, executive systems, and the promotive programs for Architectural Culture in other countries such as France, Netherlands, Scotland, Finland, Germany. These countries recognize the architecture as culture and carry out various promotive programs. Based on the survey, it analyzed the policies, law, executive systems, organizations, the promotive programs and the effect of the promotive programs. In the forth chapter, it should suggested that the architecture and the architectural culture is handled in the public education and the architectural policies promote the public debate on the architecture. |
