In response to such challenges, many construction companies continue to innovate their business portfolio and organization structure, with strong commitment to business process innovation. Furthermore, they need to analyze the productivity of project site management manpower overhauling business processes systematically and develop effective alternative strategies. This research aims to analyze the productivity of project site management manpower.
