Thus, landowner's capital gain plays an important role as strategic catalyst to promote redevelopment projects. In this context, this study aims to analyze the economic mechanism of redevelopment projects and the factors of landowners' additional share in housing expenses. This study is divided into two parts. First part offers a theoretical model of landowner's housing price based on structural and causal relationship between influencing factors of housing price. Second part analyzes the influencing power and path of each factor to affect landowner's housing price through verifying its model and cause of difference between landowner's housing price and general housing price positively.
