Large parts of the research on the shared space of apartment community that have been carried out in closed way in the last 20th century are now gradually changed into open way change due to the information society. On the other hand, the life in apartment housing that shielded individual privacy and anonymity has been substantially changed by the well-being culture which go aimed for us to have the genuine desirable life. The trends of apartment culture primarily has been lead by the changes in community space planing that helped residents to use communicate and explore community. The purpose of study lies in analyzing on recent 5 years trends of shared space of apartment community. For this, content analysis method was adapted from thesis of doctorate/master relating to shared space of apartment community. The major results of the research are as follows; during the recent 5 years reviewed. there extracted a number of aspects about facility management and usage, mostly researches focused on needs and satisfaction of its residents, And the research trend has been distinguished by activation scheme of shared space and its planning, especially on the basis of the status quo of living in a high-rise apartment. These imply it is a stage to discuss about a utility function, management, and improvement device for activation to shared space and community space. Newly appeared trend is a study on a building community, which is a different perspective from existing studies on community center. The conclusion of this study anticipates the possibility of advent of vertical community space within a building, and simultaneously it could be drown a epochal take-off concept in community space plan. |
