The purpose of this study is to analysis the present condition of community facilities and the character of community facilities in the housing complex. First, to analysis the general characteristics(the number of households, contruction company and location) of housing complex in Seoul. Second, to analysis the present conditions of community facilities in housing complex. Third, to analysis the charateristics of community facility in the housing complex. In the study, this datas are collected on the statistics of the housing environment in the housing complex. The results of this study are as follows: First, 3.19 community facilities are established in housing complex. Second, Some community facilities are correlated with the other facilities. Third, the influence factor of community facility are the number of households, contruction company and location. One of the the number of households is much influential. |
