The proposed model assumes the three independent systems - programming, design, evaluation - in architectural design process and it is expected to complete a virtuous circle of design feedback system. The basic concept of this model is that the evaluation system compares the space program with the spatial layout extracted from the IFC-BIM design model. The data model of space program consists of space and relation schedule which serialize the spatial requirements in tabular format and the data model of spatial layout consists of building components and spatial elements from the IFC-BIM design model. Through the process of comparison, the spatial elements will have the results of validation as their properties. The screening model was proposed which synthesizes each validation result into an index and the VSR(Valid Space Ratio) was proposed for the index which measures the validity to compare with other alternatives.
