The size of the overseas construction market grows bigger, but the domestic construction companies suffer damage increasingly because they don't have the competitive power of international construction contract management. In this situation, this study intends to recognize that international contract and domestic contract have different characteristic and understand condition of commonly using international construction contracts. In this study, consider revised new edition contents of the FIDIC that is an internationally recognized and now widely used as a contract system and understand characteristics and differences of the Yellow Book and the Silver Book.
